This Privacy Policy explains how Solerta, LLC ("Solerta," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information through https://www.solerta.ai, Wix-hosted pages and checkout, forms, communications, assessments, AI features, proposals, contracts, support, and services. It does not replace a client-specific data processing agreement when Solerta processes personal information on behalf of a business client.

Scope and Roles
For website visitors, prospects, purchasers, and business contacts, Solerta generally determines why and how information is used. For lead, user, conversation, recording, or other personal information processed on behalf of a client, the client may be the business/controller and Solerta may be a service provider/processor under the applicable data addendum. The client's privacy notice may govern that processing.

How We Use Information
We use information to provide, secure, and improve services; prepare assessments and Agent designs; process payments and subscriptions; communicate about projects; personalize content; detect fraud and prompt injection; comply with law; and develop generalized insights using aggregated data.

Legal and Business Bases
We process information to perform contracts, pursue legitimate business purposes, comply with legal duties, and based on consent where required. You may withdraw consent subject to legal limits.

How We Disclose Information
We share data with service providers supporting hosting, payments, AI services, and professional advice; with business clients for specific project services; with authorized third-party integrations; and with authorities for law, safety, or security.

Solerta does not sell personal information for money. Solerta does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Wix and approved service providers may process necessary, functional, security, measurement, scheduling, checkout, account, and consent data to operate the site and requested services. Visitors can manage nonessential technologies through the Cookie Settings control. Solerta honors legally required privacy requests and applicable opt-out preference signals.

AI Providers and Automated Processing
Information may be transmitted to approved model, hosting, retrieval, and safety providers. Public AI features should not receive confidential information. Solerta does not authorize providers to train generally available models on Client Confidential Information without express written agreement.

Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use necessary, analytics, security, and functionality technologies. The Cookie Policy and consent tool describe enabled technologies and user choices.

Data Retention
Retention depends on the record type, contractual requirements, security needs, applicable limitation periods, tax and accounting obligations, and vendor-controlled deletion cycles.
- Prospect inquiries and forms: retained while the inquiry is active and afterward as reasonably necessary for follow-up, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
- Customer account, order, invoice, contract, and consent records: retained for the customer relationship and applicable tax, accounting, contract, and legal periods.
- Project files and deliverables: retained for delivery, support, warranty, dispute resolution, and contractual or legal obligations.
- Public AI interactions and security logs: retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, secure systems, and satisfy legal obligations.
- Support records: retained while support is active and afterward as reasonably necessary for service history, quality, disputes, or legal obligations.
- Cookie and analytics identifiers: retained according to the duration disclosed in Cookie Settings and the applicable provider controls.
- Backups: retained on rolling operational cycles and deleted or overwritten according to system and provider schedules.
- Data under legal hold: retained until the hold is released.

Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards including access controls, encryption, and logging. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights
Use the unsubscribe mechanism for marketing. Manage cookies through the site consent banner. For privacy requests regarding access, correction, or deletion, email solutions@solerta.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California Disclosures
California residents should review the California Notice at Collection. Rights will be described in this Policy and that Notice in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act where applicable.

Children
Services are not directed to children under 13. Do not submit children’s data without prior written authorization. Contact solutions@solerta.ai if you believe a child provided info.

International Users
Solerta is based in the U.S. and data may be processed there. Specific international transfer terms must be addressed in signed agreements.
