Acceptable Use Policy

You may use Solerta services only for lawful, authorized, ethical business purposes and within the approved scope, permissions, provider terms, and human-oversight controls. The following are prohibited unless expressly approved where lawful and supported by specialized terms.
1. Illegal, Harmful, or Deceptive Activity
Fraud, scams, deception, impersonation, phishing, malware, credential theft, unauthorized access, evasion of safeguards, or facilitation of crime.
Harassment, threats, exploitation, stalking, doxxing, hateful abuse, or content intended to cause unlawful harm.
Infringement, misappropriation, privacy invasion, unlawful surveillance, or processing without required rights, notices, and consents.
Spam, illegal robocalls or messages, deceptive marketing, or violation of platform communication rules.
2. High-Risk Decisions and Professional Advice
Final decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, legal rights, public benefits, or essential services without expressly approved controls and meaningful human review.
Representing AI output as a licensed professional opinion or guaranteed factual conclusion.
Life-critical, weapons, critical-infrastructure, emergency-response, or physical-safety control without a separately negotiated safety program.
3. Restricted Data
Passwords or security keys outside an approved credential channel.
Payment-card data, government identifiers, protected health information, biometrics, precise location, children's data, privileged communications, export-controlled information, or other highly sensitive data unless expressly authorized under signed terms.
Unlawfully obtained, scraped, confidential, copyrighted, or personal data without sufficient rights and lawful basis.
4. Technical Abuse
Excessive requests, denial-of-service activity, vulnerability probing without authorization, extraction of system prompts or proprietary data, prompt injection, jailbreaks, or bypass of access controls.
Reverse engineering, resale, sublicensing, competitive benchmarking, model extraction, or use to build a competing product except as expressly licensed.
Unauthorized modifications, unsupported integrations, or removal of safety, disclosure, logging, or human-review controls.
5. Enforcement
Solerta may investigate, limit, suspend, disable, preserve evidence, or terminate access when it reasonably believes this Policy is violated or a material risk exists. Where appropriate, Solerta will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. Serious abuse may be reported to affected providers or authorities where lawful. Fees remain payable as provided in the governing agreement.
